Architects and custom builders specify VERMAK when the project needs European operation, tight winter performance, and large glass — without importing a finished window from Europe. We fabricate in Coon Rapids to your schedule and opening sizes.

What to put on the spec

  • Profile: GEALAN S 8000 (classic, 74 mm) or GEALAN LINEAR (slim sightlines, 74 mm).

  • Operation: tilt-and-turn, fixed picture, tilt-only, or combination mulls.

  • Doors: lift-and-slide (HST), PSK, or uPVC entry doors.

  • Hardware: Winkhaus multi-point.

  • Glass: Cardinal IG, double or triple pane, low-E and argon as required for the Northern Zone.

  • Finish: white, GEALAN-acrylcolor, or wood-grain foil.

Large units

Tilt-and-turn and lift-and-slide systems allow openings that typical American sliders do not. We have fabricated floor-to-ceiling fixed glass and lift-and-slide doors in the 15-foot-wide range for lake and custom homes. Confirm max sash size with us before you lock the opening in the drawings.

How we work with your team

Send a window schedule, elevations, or shop-drawing request. We return sizes, operation, and finish options, then fabricate in Minnesota. Twin Cities jobs can be installed by our crew. Greater Minnesota and neighboring states are often supply-only to the GC.
