European Lift and Slide Patio Doors in Minnesota

A patio door that drags, whistles, or frosts at the bottom track is losing the fight with Minnesota winters. Our European lift and slide doors work differently. Turn the handle and the panel lifts and glides; turn it back and the door drops and compresses shut onto its seals, held by multi-point locks. We build each one in our Coon Rapids shop, sized to your opening, up to 15'8" wide. Pair it with our tilt-and-turn windows, which swing inward so you clean the outside glass from indoors.

How Our Lift and Slide Patio Doors Seal

Our lift and slide doors fill rooms with sunlight and open your home to the deck or yard. The door drops and compresses shut onto its seals, held by multi-point locks. The hardware is Winkhaus, and the glass is Cardinal insulated glass set in the GEALAN frame and seal.

PSK
Sliding

PSK doors tilt and slide, which saves space at patio and garden exits. Special fittings let you move a panel up to 1.6 m wide with little effort. The large glass area fills the room with light.

French
